Booking conditions
Reservations are managed through Lodgify.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 15 days before the arrival date: no refund will be issued.
The payment terms will be specified during the booking process. A security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages and will be refunded after departure if no incidents are identified.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM.
Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon).
Optional Bed Linen & Towels Package
Bed linen and towels are available as an optional service for €10 per guest per stay. The package includes a complete set of bed linen, one large bath towel, one hand towel, as well as one bath mat and one guest towel in each bathroom.
If this service is not selected, guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Property Rules
Lo Favaret is an eco estate. Guests are kindly asked to use rainwater and solar-generated energy responsibly.
Parties, stag or hen parties and activities causing excessive noise are not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Outdoors, guests must exercise extreme caution with cigarette butts and any source of ignition due to the risk of wildfires.
Barbecues and any use of fire are only permitted when allowed by current regulations and wildfire risk levels. Any restrictions will be specified in the welcome guide.
Pets are welcome under their owners' responsibility. Any damage or disturbance caused by pets shall be the guest's responsibility.
Guests are responsible for any damage resulting from negligent use of the property.
Charging electric vehicles on the property is not permitted.
All towels, kitchenware, tableware, household items, cleaning products, toiletries, amenities and any other items provided at the property remain the property of Lo Favaret and are intended exclusively for use during the stay. Guests may not remove them from the accommodation. Missing or unjustified damaged items may be charged at their replacement cost.
